PANEER BEETROOT CHOPPS:

INGREDIENTS:

5 to 6 medium- Boiled and mashed potato

1 medium size.  Beetroots (grated)

100 grams- Paneer(grated)

2tsp-Ginger garlic paste

2tsp- Green chilli paste

3- Green chilles finelly chopped 

2 tbsp -Chaat masala

1tsp -garam masalay

½ tsp- cumin seeds 

 ½ tsp- fennel seeds

1½tsp- Kashmiri Red cilli powder

 ½tsp - Turmaric powder

1 tsp- coriander seeds

1½tsp - Aamchur powder

1 tbsp- Roasted cashew nuts chopped

Salt to taste

Finelly chopped  coriander leaves

Method:
1. First, mashed the boiled potatoes with a fork / potato masher. Now let it cool down a bit. Now Grate the beets and paneer in a dish..

2. Now take some oil in a pan, add ginger chilli , garlic paste & saute, till you get a light aroma. Now Into this add the grated beetroot, paneer and saute well. Now add the mashed potatoesand chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

3. Now add amchoor powder, roasted finelly chooped cashew, garam masala,cumin seed, fennel seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric, chaat masala, finely chopped green chillies, mix properly, add spices masala if needed And when everything is mixed properly, turn off the gas after a while.

4. Now let this cool down, now take some portion of mixture in palm and make 7 to 8 medium cutlet balls/rolls. (3 inches).& Prepare other rolls in the same way..

5. In a separate bowl, take 2 tsp of flour and mix it with a little water to get a thin white paste. It shouldn’t be too thick. Roll each ball into the batter and then roll them in bread crumbs.once ur done., again Roll each ball into the batter  and then roll them in bread crumbs.(Since all these rolls have to be double coated, so prepare more  paate in bowl).

6. Deep fry the cutlets rolls in hot oil until golden brown. now your paneer beetroot chops is ready to serve...

7.Serve them hot With ketchup.. Nd enjoy your paneer beetroot chops With you lovely family
