CHOCOLATE COFFEE MUFFINS:






CHOCOLATE COFFEE MUFFINS:

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup -                All purpose flour
1/2 cup -             Coco powder
1/4 tsp -               Baking powder/baking soda
2 tbsp -                Instant coffee powder
90 to 100 gm -    Amul butter
1 cup -                Sugar powder
4 cup -                Espresso coffee
1 cup -                Milk (depends on your quantity of cake mix) ( Instead of milk you can use soda/ orange juice)
7 to 8 drop -      Vanilla extract
1 tbsp -              Chopped walnuts (optional)
1 tbsp -              Choco chips (optional)
1 tsp -                 Vinegar


METHOD: 

1. First of all mix walnuts and chocolate chips in the bowl for the topping.(walnuts and chocochip are optional) And Keep aside.

2. Grease muffin tray with butter and Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. With muffin tray.

3. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, instant coffee powder and salt in a bowl.

4. Now in another bowl Mix butter, powder sugar, espresso coffee, milk and vanilla extract/chocolate extract.

5. Now mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.(optional)

6. Pour the batter in the muffin liners until they are 3/4th full. Sprinkle the topping mixture on top.

7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the tooth pick comes out clean.

8. Remove muffins tray from the oven and let the muffins cool on a wire/room temperature.

9. Now this chocolate coffee muffins are ready to eat..
