it's summer season so here is the right time to make and serve gola Believe me you guys are really enjoying it. And actully gola is all time favorite for kiddos and for elder too. I love dis gola too much.Try out this gola at home and let me know your experience.
INGREDIENTS:
4-5 cup ice cubes
2 flavour syrup (orange and kalakhatta)
1 cup Vanila ice cream
Chocolate chips for garnishing
Chocolate syurp for garnishing
METHOD :
1. ) Take ice cubes and pour it in a jar and crush the ice. After crushing it will look just like snow. Don’t wait you have to be super quick while making this as ice melts down easily.(i have made dis gola crush in gola machine. If you dont have gola machine u can use mixtur jar)
2. ) Take a one glass or you can also take Disposable glass and pour the crushed ice into the glass.After filling 3/4 glass, dont press this ice much. Now pour some ice gola colore/syrups all around. You can add any flavor syrup of your choice. I have used two flavours orange and kalakhatta
3. ) After that sprinkle some choco chips. put one vanila icecream scope on it after again sprinkle choco chips as shown in pictures.. Now serve Gola quickly before it melts.
4. ) Enjoy this ice-cream gola before it's melt.
