INGREDIENTS :
1. 1 cup puffed eice
2. 1 cup Nadiyadi bhusu
3. 1 medium - Onions (finelly chopped)
4. 1-2 medium - Tomatoes (finelly choped)
5. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
6. 3 tbsp Lemon juice
7. 2 piece- Green chilli (finelly choped)
8. Salt as per your taste
9. Puri
10. Coriander leaves
METHOD:
1. take all the ingredients, like tomatoes, onion,green chilli, in lage bol nd mixed it well.
2. Now add puffed rice, sweet nadiadi bhusu, partly crushed puri with tomatoes nd onion and mied it well..
3. squeeze the lemon juice,red chilli powder salt .and mixed it well..
4. quickly serve in bowls or plates.& garnish with sev, coriander leaves and serve with papdis.
5. the bhel puri has to be served as well as eaten immediately. otherwise the puffed rice becomes soft and you won't get the crisp, crunchy texture as well as taste. if the puffed rice becomes soft, then the bhel is not enjoyed.
