COLD COCO


TODAY I AM GOING TO SHARE COLD COCO RECIPE, WHICH IS VERY FAMOUS DRINK IN SURAT, GUJARAT. ITS SIMILAR TO  HOT CHOCOLATE BUT IN COLD FORMAT. COLD COCO IL, ITS COCO FLAVOUR, LITTLE BIT THICK MILK BASED DRINK. IF YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST TASTE THEN SERVE CHILLED .



INGREDIENTS: 

500 ML -  MILK

2 TBSP  - SUGAR

1/2  TBSP -  CORNFLOUR 

3 TBSP -  DARK COCO POWDER

3 TBSP - ICE CUBE CREUSHED

2 SCOOP  - VANILLA ICE CREAM (OPTIONAL)


METHOD:

1.) COMBINE 1/4 CUP MILK, COCOA POWDER AND CORNFLOUR IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL TO MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.

2.) IN ONE PAN HEAT THE  MILK  AND BRING IT TO A BOIL.

3.) AFTER BOILING NOW ADD THE SUGAR ,PREPARED PASTE AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM FLAME.

4.) NOW OFF THE FLAME AND STIR CONTINUOUSLY FOR 5 MINUTES TO COOL THE DRINK. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 TO 2 HOURS.

5.) NOW IN EACH TALL GLASSES PLACE LOTS OF ICE CRUSH, EQUAL QUANTITY OF COCO AND TOP UP WITH ONE SCOOP OF ICE-CREAM IF YOU WANT TO ADD. AND SERVE CHILLED.
(HERE I HAVE NOT ADDED ICE-CREAM IN MY COLD COCO ).

6.) NOW COLD COCO IS READY TO SERVE. SERVE CHILLED..❤❤❤
