My Saturday's evening be like..ð
I can't imagine my moonsoon without making yummy onion Pakora's. Even my moonsoon is Incomplete without it.. What about you...??
Here is the recipee..
Course: Tea time snacks/Monsoon special
Keyword: Crispy onion bhajiya/ Onion pakoras
Prep.Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 āŠŪીāŠĻીāŠ
Serving : 4 Person

INGREDIENTS :
2 cup Onions thinly sliced
1 cup Besan
3 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Rice flour
3 finelly Chopped green chillies
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander seeds
⅓tsp Carom seeds
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Green chillo paste
Salt to taste
Green chillies for garnish/for fry
Oil for deep frying
Chaat masla
METHOD:
1. First cut onion into long thinly sliced., add salt and all masala and mix well with the onions. now add besan , cornflour/rice flour along with 2 tbsp water and mix well with using your hands.. (do not add more water,if u want u can smear hand with little water)
2. Now heat the oil in nonstick kadai, drops onion mixture with the using of your hands. for few time and deeply fry till they turns golden brown and crisp drom all the sides. Drain all pakora on a tissue pappers. Nd keeps a side.. serve in plate. now Sprinkle chaat masala before you serve.
3. So your hot,crispy onion pakora's are redy to serve .. Serve hot pakora with green chillies, green chutney,ketchup.
Pakoras are best to serve as snacks time with tea too..ðð
